The meeting will take place at CERN in Geneva, in the Theory Conference Room (4-3-006, one floor above the theory secretaries office). You can either go directly there for the start of the meeting (10:00) or come at least 15 minutes earlier to the reception if you don't have an access badge: one of us will pick you up at 9:45.
CERN can either be reached by tram 14/16 and bus 56 from the Geneva train station (gare Cornavin) or by car. The Theory Division has a webpage with more details. Please try to catch the tram before 9:00 at the train station if you plan to be at the reception by 9:45.
Speakers should avoid technical details as much as possible, the level should be adequate for non-experts. We expect that speakers will be using the blackboard. If you need a slide projector or beamer (e.g. for simulations or pictures) it can be arranged. Remember that the workshop is intended to foster interactions with the audience, experience has shown that this is best achieved when you use the blackboard. Please aim for a short talk of 15 minutes, to leave room for questions and discussions.
Lunch will be at the CERN cafeteria (at your own expense). Of course there is no registration fee. Any visitors are welcome. We would be grateful if those who plan to attend could register by sending an email to Julien or Martin, as it helps us to organise the meeting.
