6eme Journée des Lacs Alpins de Cosmologie (JLAC6)

University of Geneva, 21.01.2004

Location

The meeting will take place at the Département de Physique Théorique, University of Geneva, Ecole de Physique.

Click here for details on how to get there. The main entrance to the building on Quai Ansermet is currently hidden by construction works - just go around the construction site.

The talks will be in the Seminar Room 234, 2nd floor.

Format

Speakers should avoid technical details as much as possible. The chalk-talk format is preferred; a slide projector (and a beamer, for desperate cases) will be at disposal.  The talks should not exceed 15 mins, with additional 5 mins for questions and discussion. Please remember that the audience is mixed, so the level should be adequate for non-experts.

If you wish to attend the meeting without given a talk, please register with the organisers - we need an estimate of the total number of persons for the planning. There is no registration fee.

Social dinner

If enough people are interested, we are planning to have dinner together in downtown Geneva on Wed. night. If you want to participate, please register with the organisers. The cost will be at the charge of participants.
